Our Box Office is located on the North side of the building facing Gaylord Parkway to the right of the main entrance.

- Event Days - Open two hours prior to ticketed events.

Accessible/Disabled Seating
- Accessible & Disabled Seating is available throughout the arena at the top of sections: 103, 104, 109, 117, 120, 122, and 123.
- Purchasing of Seating can be through Ticketmaster, and by calling our box office. When purchasing accessible & disabled tickets, it is important to indicate that you require preffered seating so we may properly seat you.
